今日放咗半日假,去左其中一間all time favourite嘅餐廳- Sabatina食lunchBread Basket熱辣辣,最鍾意係Bread Stick,煙煙韌韌Traditional Italian Appetizers Set lunch賣點本來係個salad bar,不過因為疫情/衛生關係,冇左個salad bar,變左salad platter,個plattter有哂大部份salad bar嘅選擇 - 煙三文,車打芝士,水牛芝士,Parma Ham & 哈密瓜,烤茄子&甜椒,炒雜菌,蕃茄,green salad,好豐富,雖然宜家冇得食多round,不過就食得好放心Pan-seared Duck Liver on Toast with Baslsmaic鴨肝好好味,煎得好香,入口即溶,重點係一d都冇鴨臊味,配埋Baslsmaic vinegar,vingear較厚身,唔酸帶甜Pasta of the day - 豬肉腸番茄乾炒意粉將豬肉腸拆肉,加蕃茄乾同蒜片,微辣,特別鍾意Sabatini 嘅意粉(亦都係餐廳Signature),自己製,好香同彈牙,好正宗P.S -

P.S - 餐廳好好,幫我哋share左啲pasta,份量應該係張相嘅double

BB澳洲羊,medium,偏瘦,好𣺉,真係少少都臊冇,薯蓉做得好creamy & smooth
Dessert - 每人可以有兩個選擇, 兩個人叫咗四種
Tiramisu ,Freshfuit Napoleon,St Honore Cake & Dark Chocolate Truffle Cake
Tiramisu 同Truffle Cake 都好rich好滑,而Tiramisu唔算好重酒味,老少咸宜!不過我嘅最愛係St Honore Cake同Napoleon,Royal Garden嘅酥皮冇得輸,永遠保持高水準,真係好酥脆!必食之選!
食完仲有蝴蝶酥做壓軸😍😍😍
其實我鍾意去Sabatini 有幾個原因:
1)義大利菜嘅fans,特別喜愛自家製pasta
2)食物質素高,而且水準好穩定
3)意大利風格裝潢,好多傢俬擺設都係意大利運過嚟
4)服務質素好好,所有staff都好nice同細心,dinner仲有live band
5)價錢合理,性價比好高
