To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Sen-Ryo, what's new?👀I thought I knew sushi but this place takes it to a whole new level.🙆Special mention and thanks to Rain (front) who was kind to seat us in by the conveyor belt. It was a real treat for my mother. Lunch hour is always a crazy time so we were very lucky with Rain.🎖 Also, to Hei, who answered a first timer's questions in a polite and pleasant manner. 🎖Overall, the staff were very efficient, professional rockstars. 🙏With COVID-19 still in control of most aspects of the F&B indus
