-Havent been to Expresso Alchemy, Harbour City for a very long time.-I am always amazed by their food and coffee. They always offer quality food higher than my expectations. Expresso Alchemy is always in my pocket list whenever I have no idea where to go.-Creamy Black Truffle Sauce with Mixed Funghi Cheese Risotto (HKD108): This was the star of the show! The risotto was cooked perfectly, and the truffle sauce was rich and decadent. The mixed mushrooms added a nice earthy flavor.-Smoked Salmon, A
