I went to Fauchon at their Shatin location last night for dinner and had one of the best experiences. The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I ordered the rib eye steak for dinner. It's probably one of the best steaks I've had in Hong Kong. I went to Fauchon at their Shatin location last night for dinner and had one of the best experiences. The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I ordered the rib eye steak for dinner. It's probably one of the best steaks I've had in Hong Kong. Rarely do you get a steak so tender and perfectly seasoned that you don't need to add something to it, but this steak was grilled to perfection! I didn't need to add pepper or salt, nor did it actually need a Sauce to help enhance he flavor. I enjoyed a glass of the house wine with my meal. I also enjoyed a dessert as well. My friend and I had an incredible experience and felt like royalty after our Fauchon experience! Definitely recommend anyone that wants quality dining experience!
