💭Another beautiful pasta dish, they really took the duck flavour to the next level, intense yet well-balanced. I also loved the texture of the sauce, it just held on to the pasta so well and made for the best eating experience! Another 10/10! Do be mindful though if you aren’t a fan of flavour of duck in general, this might not be your cup of tea~

🐙Homemade Cavatelli, Mediterranean Octopus & Dry Fennel HKD 288
💭 This was out of this world! The sauce was brimming with sweetness of fresh seafood and the octopus pieces were super tender! Pasta was al dente and paired beautifully with the sauce. Definitely a 10/10!

💭 Loved this! Crispy on the outside yet it still retained a chewy texture, quite a unique sensation! The seasoning was simple yet spot on, the portion size was also larger than it looked on camera~

🐮Fassona Beef Tartare, Caper Leaves & Marinated Egg Yolk HKD 268
💭I am not typically a fan of beef tartare but this was exceptional! It had a fresh chewy texture, which was starkly different from the soft mushy texture of typical beef tartare. Love the gentle mustard seasoning and the adorably shaped egg yolk cubes. Also really appreciated the way their decorated the beef tartare to make it look like a stunning spring garden with a pink meadow!

🍒Cherry Tart, Marinated Cherries, Mascarpone & Pastry Cream HKD 138
💭I really took a risk with this one as I don’t typically like the way candied cherries in dessert taste, but this had none of that butter artificial taste, but a delicious scent of cinnamon paired with an incredibly smooth pastry cream that was for sure made with real vanilla beans!

Their price point was definitely on the higher side but I must say their food really delivered and was beyond perfection. I would honestly give them a 10/10 🎉 in terms of both food and service! Worth visiting for celebratory occasions! And I would love to revisit once beef heart is back on their menu!
