To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過旺角同媽咪想食正宗海南島嘅椰子雞,突然間見到這間新開張嘅餐廳，同媽咪即刻上去食。入到去覺得空間好大好闊落而且好乾淨。侍應生態度唔錯。佢哋教我呢個火鍋特別之處係湯底用純正海南島椰汁,椰子水。經過五分鐘嘅烹調過程，雞肉鮮嫩無比。椰子湯非常鮮甜。係我一生食過最好嘅。最緊要雞味好濃郁一啲都唔肥好啱我哋女仔食。另外佢哋有非常之抵食嘅炸魚皮而且就係即刻咋。簡直做到色香味俱全。配上佢哋其他嘅時菜油菜俾你做火鍋配料,直情慳返機票唔使去海南島。夢想之鄉就係呢間餐廳。😘
