Over the past 2 months, I've already dined here twice! I cannot get over their selection of dips. While the rest of the Middle Eastern restaurants in Hong Kong serve only the usual hummus, babbaganush, etc, Wild Thyme also adds some innovative and creative options to their menu. The olive and tomato hummus was fabulous and so were the jalapeno, mixed nuts and the spicy hummus! I also liked the fact that the dips were accompanied with the very thin pita bread instead of the fat round ones that most places seem to be serving these days.
Another worthy mention is the tabboleh - it was flavoursome and unbelievably fresh! I did not want to share this with anyone.
Non-vegetarians will not miss their meat over here because all the food is delicious! I am already waiting to go back.
