I went there to celebrate birthday of family member. Place beautiful and amazing view. It was set menu dinner let start.
Sesame salad with geoduck clam.
They presentation is ok, salad not to much taste just the sauce on top. Average.
Roasted suckling pig.
Taste is good, it’s classic average suckling pig u can find in many restaurants in Hong Kong. Nothing special.
Double boiled shark’s fin with sea conch & fish maw.
This was good. Beautiful presentation and one of best I have in Hong Kong.
Backed half lobster sauce, spicy, white and white wine.
Presentation was ok taste was really good. Lobster fresh abs well cooked. Very good.
Steamed spotter grouper with soy sauce.
Nothing special, presentation could be better.
Crispy chicken with “nuoc mam” sauce.
Classic chicken u can find anywhere in Hong Kong. Nothing special presentation cold be really better.
Stewed e fu’ noodles with crab meat.
Very nice taste. Good presentation, smooth and easy eat taste.
Poached vegetables with tomato shrimp in superior soup.
This was very good. Well prepared with this kind or fried rice to add last minute. Outstanding, presentations ok.
Chilled mango with grapefruit and sago.
Very good dessert. Refreshing don’t sweet, nt heavy and nice after dinner.
Steamed purple yam longevity bun.
Classic nothing to say. U can find anywhere Hong Kong.
The overall was good, but expect more for the restaurant with this reputation and position. On my humble point of view with this kind of view food must be Woow as well. The food was average u can find anywhere in Hong Kong. The view is amazing and that make everything beautiful. The floor staff it’s average expect more for this kind of restaurant. What it make the feeling uncomfortable there is room where allow smoke cigar, make the ambient smelling and this is not good. Restaurant with this reputation must have perfect ventilation system to avoid the smell spread anywhere. More hygiene in the toilette would be appreciate.
Will come again
