The carbonara was decent, but it did not quite meet the expectations set by other diners' rave reviews. It was an acceptable dish, but not particularly memorable.

We enjoyed the bread, which had a pleasant flavor and chewy texture. Unfortunately, the accompanying olive oil and vinegar tasted off and did not enhance the bread.

Our beverages—a glass of sparkling wine and Moscato d'Asti—complemented our meal well and were enjoyable.
We had hoped to try Gustaci's tiramisu, but we were too full to order more.
The food was a mixed experience, and the ambiance and service were not up to par. The noise level in the restaurant was quite high, making conversation difficult. The waitstaff mixed up our table's orders at least three times, creating awkward moments.
Overall
Our visit to Gustaci had both ups and downs. While the calzone and bread were enjoyable, other dishes fell short. The ambiance and service could use improvement, but our meal was not without its satisfying moments. If you plan to visit Gustaci, be prepared for a lively atmosphere and the possibility of service issues.
