Long eel pieces drizzled with sweet and flavorful sauce. Eel skin was grilled a bit too crispy in my opinion.

Sliced raw fish (sweet shrimp, red clam, sea urchin, and live ark shell) on the boat for sashimi. Quality was above average. Recommend the sea urchin (served on top of a cucumber piece) with sweet and soft interior.

Buttery salmon and soft scallop, nicely presented.

Last but not least, by the end of the meal, customers were served with a bowl of Chinese soup which helped get rid of grease and aided digestion.
