I’m not a cheesy person, yes pun intended lol but really I don’t eat cheese, but the fact that i actually am okay with this all-in cheese pasta dish was a surprise. The truffle flavor came through much stronger than cheese, it was a showpiece having the pasta stirred in a huge cheese wheel with hips of cheese shaved on top when served.

The tagliatelle was very al dente, lobster was very fresh and cooked nicely, but lobster bisque sauce was way to salty despite very rich in lobster flavor.
