If you go to Cheung Chau, this is a must go place. It was for more than 50 years. The most popular food is fish ball rice noodles. I went there with my friends from Spain. We ordered 4 different things, fish ball rice noodles, cuttlefish ball rice noodles, fish ball seasoned noodles and fried fish ball rice noodles. Their fish balls are so chewy and I love this springy texture so much. I have added the chili oil on my noodles. This chili oil is very famous. It was very popular sauce for Hong Ko
