Hawkr is a Malaysian style quick bite sort of place. They do not have sitting s inside, instead more of a on the go type of food. Get in and get out. The layout of the food and the type of food that can be bought at this place has lots of similarities with Pret. They serve various types of wraps, salads and soups with some pastries at the checkout counter and a variety of coffee to choose from.
I ordered their chicken wrap which was surprisingly spicy, which I liked. It had a kicked to it which made it very appetising. The wrap is already separated in half so it is easy to eat but the wrap does not look as big as it is. Since they are disconnected in the inside, photo below.
I also tried their salad, but to my surprise it’s a cold vermicelli like the type you would find at a Vietnamese restaurant. The salad bowl was refreshing with many sour fermented vegetables and also very tender and full of flavour pieces of meat.
