As requested by my friend, I bought a Maxim's angel's cake to his new house. The forsting was excellent. The cream taste unsweetened or lightly sweetened(!?) The spong cake was surprisingly elastic. The caramel chuck is value added to the cake. As an angel food cake, its quality is very high. After using HSBC visa card, it costs less than HK$130. It worth that much.
