To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I was attracted here because of the stir fried noodles and fried chicken leg but unfortunately you have to order the set as they don't sell the items a la carte.The noodles come with a spring roll and red bean dessert which is such an odd combination and I hate these items.Anyway, it turned out the noodles were too oily so that was a waste.The Chicken leg comes with annoying Chinese style potato salad and drinks which I don't eat.Luckily the chicken was really tasty.It was really different to th

The Chicken leg comes with annoying Chinese style potato salad and drinks which I don't eat.
Luckily the chicken was really tasty.
It was really different to the fried chicken from other local places because there were some Chinese spices like wahyim which made it delicious and the chicken was springy and not too dry.
