It has been some time since I came back to Odyssee since travelling restrictions are lifted and busy travelling. Today came back for their mix and match lunch.Despite the clouds, the view was still stunning in its own unique way.I ordered the 4 courses. The first course was the only slight disappointment I felt for the lunch. The silver sillago though fun to have with the bone as well was a bit too light even with seasoning. I think this might be due to the strong flavors of the cheese crackers

The silver sillago though fun to have with the bone as well was a bit too light even with seasoning. I think this might be due to the strong flavors of the cheese crackers and butter of the bread. I think they can serve this with the cracker/bread like Whisk.
Everything was great subsequently. The langoustine was springy and the richness of the sauce was just right.
The turbot was beautifully cooked and the sweetness of the pumpkin matched the fish a lot. Would have loved if the girolles was a bit larger.
Dessert came and the berries definitely balanced out the sweet nutty flavors and meringue. Despite I was aiming for another dessert that was not available on today's menu, it was still a lovely finale for the lunch.
