聖誕節幫襯小店,我覺得通常性價比同訂檯成功率都高d~今次貢到去荃灣食Christmas dinner,節日水準黎講算好高下。美國極佳肩胛牛扒,熟度medium剛剛好,就咁食都肉味香濃,配搭嘅黑椒汁增添惹味。今次配菜有小椰菜蘿蔔,仲有輕輕炙過嘅芝士蓋住一片片芝士白汁薯仔,超好味~香煎比目魚配菠菜忌廉汁天使麵,忌廉汁香滑唔會太油太滯膩,比目魚煎得相當唔錯,上檯夠香魚肉夠滑,天使麵熟度very well,掛汁不俗,滿意!晚餐包左餐包餐湯同餐飲,是日係磨菇忌廉湯,磨菇blend得細粒但仲有咬口;餐包兩款都烘熱非常軟熟而且提供黑松露牛油,個人覺得成個餐當堂upgrade左~Parma Ham Caesar Salad 更加係沙律菜新鮮度、Parma Ham份量取勝~難得廚師喺咁繁忙嘅節日時間仲煮到呢個水準,等我下次試個普通星期六日嘅dinner,係咪會再高quality d先~
