It is truly amazing that one can find authentic French style apple pie (trust me, this is confirmed by my Belgian husband) at this very local cafe. Some people may complain that the pie is a bit pricy ($54 for an 8" pie, $9 for a wedge), but I think it is very good value and extremely reasonable. It is rather time consuming to make the dough for the pie (again trust me as I bake a lot at home). And it taste good! It is important to noted that the apple pie is quite popular and in limited supply. I always place the order 1 day in advance before picking up the following morning.
