Cantina is located in Tai Kwun, an Italian restaurant that combines authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist, giving you a cosy and super-classy atmosphere. I have tried their few new items. The Albacore White Tuna Crudo with Honey and Calamansi Dressing (HKD188) was my top favourite, topped with chilli and almonds. It tasted so fresh with a good presentation. I have tried their few new items. The Albacore White Tuna Crudo with Honey and Calamansi Dressing (HKD188) was my top favourite, topped with chilli and almonds. It tasted so fresh with a good presentation. The Spaghetti with Sicilian Red Prawns and Burrata (HKD278) was my second favourite dish, topped with creamy cheese and raw red prawns, giving it a unique flavour, slightly sweet and retained superb quality.


The portion of 450g Breaded Veal Cutlet (HKD478) was huge, adding fried rosemary and sea salt for topping. The size was like a pizza. Good enough to share with four people. The Cavatelli with Braised Pork Ribs, Beef and Fennel Sausage Ragu (HKD218) was rich in beef flavour. The sauce sticks to the grooved surface of the cavatelli. The braised pork was so tender! YUMMY!
