不嬲都好鍾意大館嘅餐廳,有情調又decent ! 其中 Cantina 推出左一個超級無敵抵食嘅宵夜套餐,$688 二人Supper 2.0 套餐(星期五六9點後供應),有齊自家製麵包兩個main course再加甜品,仲有Cocktail,唔好睇佢係宵夜,係超豐富,同晚餐無分別,但價錢就平好多!又好高質素!第一道菜可以揀Chef's Crispy Lasagna 或者 Homemade Tortellini,我哋就揀咗 Tortellini Homemade Tortellini🫕自製意大利雲吞(Tortellini),卡邦尼巴馬臣芝士的濃郁口感搭配酥脆煙肉,帶來了絕妙嘅口味對比。外皮薄而韌,完美包裹著內餡,讓每一口都充滿了驚喜。Veal Milanese Cutlet "Elephant Ear"呢度才一上枱,真係嘩咗出聲😂意式炸小牛肉(Veal Milanese Cutlet)。這份菜品被稱為「大象耳朵」,就知道佢嘅份量有幾勁,真係超大塊!小牛肉炸到外酥內嫩,搭配乾蕃茄與海鹽迷迭香,個皮好薄,所以就算咁大塊都唔會好油膩,邪惡但會食上癮🤤Tableside Mandarin Tiramisu☕️最後呢個超有驚喜嘅Tiramisu 作圓滿收尾!整個甜品都係枱上面一步一步製作。呢道甜品在呈現時已經十分吸引眼球,柑橘嘅清香同濃郁勁滑嘅芝士相互交融,好creamy ,清新中帶著一絲細膩,絕對是餐後的完美選擇。飲品方便有Cocktail同 mocktail, 咁我就梗係揀咗有酒精㗎啦🤭呢杯Nocturnal Mule cocktail 🍹以威士忌為基底,搭配青檸、薑啤,味道層次豐富,既有酸甜的口感,又能充分提升食慾!總結來說,中環大館Cantina絕對係一個值得一試嘅好地方,無論係食物的質量定係服務,都展現了高水平嘅餐飲藝術。 continue reading
