Dropped by Lucale, a neighbourhood Italian eatery located in Sai Ying Pun. The spot is perfect for relaxed drinks to be enjoyed alongside fine Italian dishes! 🇮🇹 Pic 1️⃣: 𝑯𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒂 𝑺𝒕𝒚𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊, 𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒍𝒆, “𝑷𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒛𝒂” 𝑷𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑾𝒂𝒍𝒏𝒖𝒕 𝑩𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒔 - $218 hkd 🍝— Was pretty impressed by this dish! Portion size was quite generous as well. The black truffle taste was pretty strong and aromatic, and the sauce had a creamy, buttery finish to it which coated each piece of spaghetti

— Was pretty impressed by this dish! Portion size was quite generous as well. The black truffle taste was pretty strong and aromatic, and the sauce had a creamy, buttery finish to it which coated each piece of spaghetti nicely, but personally thought it could’ve done with a tiny bit more salt. The walnut breadcrumbs were quite unique and added a light nutty aroma to the dish which complemented the pecorino cheese well. Would recommend this if you’re a fan of truffle!

— Had no idea what “Full portion” meant 😂 but turns out it was 2 HUGE burrata cheeses! This was such a filling starter to begin with and could honestly work as a meal as it’s served with a basket of freshly baked sourdough. The burrata was pretty creamy with a milky flavour. The cherry tomates were super juicy and sweet, and went so well with the burrata and sourdough slices too.

— Another good pasta dish! Flavours in this are comparatively stronger and more savoury than the truffle spaghetti as the filling in the ravioli makes use of parma ham. The ravioli were filled with a generous amount of filling and perfectly cooked in their delicious and fragrant butter and sage sauce.
