🍞Hummus with pita
My first time having pita bread that’s freshly made and still warmed when served, super soft and light, which complements the mousse texture of their freshly made hummus perfectly, way better than those store bought packet pitas and hummus dip! 🚬 Cigar spiced beef, green tahini
Longest spring roll I have ever had! Super crispy and very skilfully made👍🏻the “cigar” was rolled using a very thin piece of pastry, and the spiced beef gave it a super strong and slightly addictive flavour. I liked it with the green tahini dip on the side as it added an element of freshness and toned down the flavour.

Just enough to freshen up your palette before digging into the mains! Reminded me of a traditional Greek salad made of tomato feta and cucumber, but this time, with added richness from the avocado!

🧀Baked Halloumi, honey, oregano
The baked halloumi went really well with the honey. I have always considered halloumi to be quite a funny kind of cheese, As it doesn’t have that melty cheese effect, rather, it tends to have a chewy bouncy texture which is interesting but something I rarely order.

🦑Stuffed Squid burgul, spicy tomato, vine leaf
It might look like a normal plate of skewers, but when I bit into it, was so surprised by what was inside! Each squid was stuffed full of rice cooked in a tomato based seafood sauce, that delicious seafood aroma was so good! Definitely a hearty dish that is of a very decent size although it might not look it!

🐑Lamb Shoulder tabouli, pisatchio salsa
Presented quite differently from the braised lamb shoulder I was expecting, most of it was cooked beautifully and still pink at the centre, the cut was too fatty for my liking though. But I did love the way they combined seasoned the couscous and pistachio mixture, such a unique combo and made couscous tasted so good!

🥥 Coconut cream, quince, sumac
This was so nice! With a delightful coconut aroma, creamy texture, an added crunch and freshness from the quince (a fruit from Israel that is somewhere between a pear and an apple and must be eaten cooked) and perfect level of sweetness, perfect way to end a meal for s a sweet tooth like myself! 😍
