I have been here 3 times and I will continue visiting them. The foods here are authentic, maybe because it is too authentic, it might not suit the taste of Hongkongers a lot. But for me, I LOVE IT!The environment is clean and neat, the staff here deligent. The best foods for me are ox tongue curry and naan. Masala tea is great but too expensive. It is sweet milk tea with spices(pictures below). Ox tongue I tried two times there, first time it was very chewy, second time it was very tender. I love both the texture and it tastes perfect with the curry with a lot of onion and lovely spices.
The naan here is excellent. I tried the freshest naan there during lunch, freshly baked, texture is excellent silky tender, just perfect with curry, which is rich in stewed onions or tomatoes(different curry has different veggies as ingredients, making the color of the curry so perfect). Other times the naan were a bit cold.
I also tried cuttlefish curry, veggie curry there. Yummy, a lot of variety, but it seems the quality varies every time I visit them. No matter what, still yummy!
