📍Sheung Hei Michelin Guide Restaurant A seriously popular restaurant in Kennedy Town. Waited for 2 hours to give it a try. But hmmmm I am not so sure about it. Came especially for their pot shark fin. The amount of shark fin was generous but then the broth was not rich enough. It’s thick but lacks flavor so I am not sure if they used some kind of thickening agent or not to thicken the broth. I would rather add a few hundred and go to 尚興 instead.For the claypot rice, I personally prefer 坤記煲仔飯 mor

A seriously popular restaurant in Kennedy Town. Waited for 2 hours to give it a try. But hmmmm I am not so sure about it.

Came especially for their pot shark fin. The amount of shark fin was generous but then the broth was not rich enough. It’s thick but lacks flavor so I am not sure if they used some kind of thickening agent or not to thicken the broth. I would rather add a few hundred and go to 尚興 instead.

For the claypot rice, I personally prefer 坤記煲仔飯 more. Just a matter of preference. I think 坤記’s rice and soya sauce are better and they do better on the cooking time too.

As for the two dishes, the 椒鹽九肚魚拼鮮魷 and the sweet and sour pork were big nono. I better go back to 星記 instead.
