Visited this michelin restaurant when the typhoon is coming the next day, not sure if that made the staff loose focus (about whether they get a day off tomorrow) but they were definetely not paying as much attention to the customers as I had expected.

We ordered the following food :

1) Fried pork served with strawberry sauce
2) Steamed razor fish
3) Steamed shrimp served on sticky rice
4) Fried groupa fish filet served with corn sauce
5) Fried crab cooked in 'typhoon shelter' style
6) Ginger chicken

All of the dishes were average and none of stood out to me as being extraordinary; to couple with that the waiters were not being attentive enough.

Without asking, the waiter took away one of the chairs from our table; and she knowingly placed the bag right on top of my cell phone without apologizing. I was disappointed by the way the waiters handle matters.

After we had called for the bill the waiters took away all our tea and water pots as a gesture to hurry us out so they can serve more customers; and when we told them our elderly guests need water for medication it took them a long time to bring us any water.
