Went to 616 Hot Pot quiet a while ago. They had a diversity of beef cut choices. I'd prefer if they did not freeze the beef before cutting so the texture would be more tender. I did ask the staff if they had some meat that were not frozen yet but it was their standard to cut frozen.The spicy soup base was pretty plain in taste and oily.Beef plates were around $60 each but they came in thin slices on small plates - which was good so I could try more different parts.Staff were not attentive. Staff were not attentive. Just kept chatting and focusing on their cell phones. The corner where you mix your sauce and scallions etc had a lot of fruit flies. Better pay more attention to the hygiene.
