Average food with unexpected charges

The experience was really not that good. The food was average. The service was okay but the unexpected charge was really disappointing. They charge us 75$ plus 10% for the water they offered us at the beginning when we sat down at the table. This really was unexpected as hotels restaurants usually offered to customers for free or if really have a charge they will mentioned at the beginning.
