Went there for the first time with friends as we wanted to try this new place out. The place itself was quite hard to find as it is tuck away in Tai Kwun but that wasn’t the deal breaker. Went there for the first time with friends as we wanted to try this new place out. The place itself was quite hard to find as it is tuck away in Tai Kwun but that wasn’t the deal breaker. We ordered 5 dishes and while they didn’t take long to come out, the food itself wasn’t wow but it was eatable. The last dish that was served was the seafood rice and that usually does take more time so we knew we’d have to wait for the rice. We were really hoping the rice would be the best part of the dinner as the other dishes had been quite disappointing. When the rice finally came, my friend proceeded to serve me some. I looked closely and saw hair in my rice. It was really integrated into the rice and I struggle to pull it out. When the long hair finally came out we discreetly and nicely told the servers about it and they took the dish away and did not apologise or say anything to try and make things better . I really think they can do better especially with their customer care and the people working in the kitchen because they have some serious competition.
