What’s that you say? You want other food? Sure, the a la carte food price is also ridiculous.

Note that for $230 per head just for soup base that your bill is already about a grand for four people, meaning at this point I have already dropped a grand on SOUP.

In most hotpot places you can get very decent, nice, all you can eat for much cheaper and if you’re at a FANCY place you will spend half of what I spent tonight and be full.

My bill was outrageous. We chose this place at random from openrice and it was a HUGE mistake. Also, there are no tables in this restaurant, only bar seats. I wonder why anyone would ever spend this kind of money on HOTPOT!!!!!!!

I usually spent a lot for my meals and freely pay for omakase here and there, but in my four years in Hong Kong this was the worst money I ever spent. I will never recommend anyone eat here for hotpot - it’s a ripoff.
