So I ordered the fish noodles with beef. I was not expecting much from the fish noodles. When it came, I felt that the presentation of the food was pretty good. So I ordered the fish noodles with beef. I was not expecting much from the fish noodles. When it came, I felt that the presentation of the food was pretty good. We also ordered fried fish skin and chiu chow style baby oyster congee. The noodles were quite nice because it was actually all fish paste and plenty of fish in it. It felt like I was eating fish balls in noodle form. However, I realized that the noodles were very savoury, in fact a little too salty. The beef was nice and tender. The chiu chow style baby congee had proper flavour, however the oyster in it was not very fresh. The fish skin tasted like it was fried a long time ago instead of how they advertised. they promised freshly fried fish skin.
