To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I went to meet client in Kwai Chung district, I didn’t expect there to be a vegan restaurant here and my non-vegetarian client also like it. The restaurant name is “Green Entrance 入素”. 到葵興地鐵站附近與客戶見面，沒期望這裡有間紌素餐廳，非素食者的客戶也很喜歡餐廳內每－項餸菜，該餐廳名字「入素」，食品好味之餘，餐廳環境舒適寧靜，職員也態度良好及體貼，讓我們渡過愉快的午餐。
在Life@KCC天台上，更有Green@KCC，內有－個兒時玩意的小天地，包括跳飛機、飛行棋、….. 等等，在梯間的牆壁更有很多彩色的卡通公仔圖畫，很有色彩，鮮艷繽紛，吸引你也來打卡及錄影。
