Where do I start?  Everytime I go to this place (not my choice), I tend to shiver and know that no matter how low my expectations are, the service staff have the ability to perform way lower than my expectations.First of all, who is responsible for the staff? They have no intention of adding boil water to tea, properly setup the table and provide any service... First of all, who is responsible for the staff? They have no intention of adding boil water to tea, properly setup the table and provide any service... In this day and age, you have a bunch of older staff who thinks that they are unsackable and have complete no interest in their jobs.  I understand their jobs are difficult, but they are paid for crying out loud - they are paid for a reason, to provide table service!!!!! just thinking about it annoys me.

As for the food... it has become worse and worst!  Complete neglect to prepare decent yum cha - i think either management decides to redo the whole place or just shut it down... the new clientele should all stand up and say, they are crap and should boycott this place.

I can't be bothered to write too much about this place, all in all - one of the worst places for yum cha in HK, period!
