柚屋 (Closed)

Two of us went there for lunch today and it was fully occupied. We were then told to wait for 15 minutes. We decided to queue and wait outside. Around 10 mins later, 4 people came and told the store manager that they had called. 5 more minutes passed by, some customers left the café and the manager let the 4 go in first without further notifying/ explaining to us. We are hugely disappointed and sincerely hope that the same thing will not happen again.
