Ordered lunch take out. Despite them having a discount, i will never ever come back. I have to write my own order and give it to the waitress. There was no line, so people who shoved were able to get their order in before me even though they arrived after me. Take out is cash only, so I waited awhile for them to give me my change back. When they eventually did, they mixed up my order with another person, so ended up giving me less change. She wouldn't listen to me and kept telling me to come bac
I have to write my own order and give it to the waitress. There was no line, so people who shoved were able to get their order in before me even though they arrived after me. Take out is cash only, so I waited awhile for them to give me my change back. When they eventually did, they mixed up my order with another person, so ended up giving me less change. She wouldn't listen to me and kept telling me to come back later for pick up. I had to shout at her so that she would stop and listen to me explain that she had mixed up our receipts. When my order came out, i went to take it, but another waitress suddenly grabbed the bag from me and said that wasn't my order, even though it clearly has the same order number. After she unwrapped my take out, and checked the receipt, she gave it back to me without tying it up properly.
When i finally opened my takeaway, i saw that my drink was less than half full, and none of it had poured over into the bag, so it seemed like they only gave me half a cup of coffee. When i took a sip, the coffee somehow tasted like cigarette ash. I immediately threw it away. Will never come back again. Horrible
