To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Bad customer service and will never go again

Last Sunday, I planned to visit this restaurant. First I tried to call and make a reservation but there was no one answered. Then I checked with the web site and it showed that it was open. I was able to make a reservation on the official website and I got the confirmation email right afterwards. So I went to the restaurant despite I kept calling the shop’s phone and there was no one answered. Upon arrival, I found that IT WAS CLOSE!!! How bad and irresponsible it was? I think if it was cl

So I went to the restaurant despite I kept calling the shop’s phone and there was no one answered. Upon arrival, I found that IT WAS CLOSE!!! How bad and irresponsible it was? I think if it was close, it should not send me confirmation and there should be somewhere on the website to tell the customers about this. It wasted my time and my holiday. Moreover, I sent an email to the company to complaint about this but nearly a week’s time, there is no response. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go there!
