It takes quite a while after ordering my food. I ordered a lasagna (千層麵配薯蓉, A4), and it took around 15 minutes - well, it's the normal waiting time for Alfafa (and it's former restaurant Delifrance). But still I think it's waiting time is longer than average restaurant.The environment is also not very nice. Under COVID, even though the tables are separated by paper boards, distance between each table is still very close together. You can hear people everywhere sneezing and may worry if your food
The environment is also not very nice. Under COVID, even though the tables are separated by paper boards, distance between each table is still very close together. You can hear people everywhere sneezing and may worry if your food get contaminated by other's saliva. My advice is to put less table in the restaurant with wider spacing. It's not really comfortable now sitting with people sitting really close to you when you plan to enjoy your meal.
For the food, it's TERRIBLE.
The corners of the lasagna is HEAVILY BURNT, OVERCOOKED. It so burnt and it's barely chewable. So almost half of the lasagna is inedible.
The lasagna doesn't really look good in appearance, just like a vomit paste (似嘔吐物）
It doesn't taste good too, there's a very pale & chemical-like smell in the pasta.
The mashed potato also doesn't taste good, so pale, tasteless, hard.
