叫左兩碗粉，一碗漏單，追左三次（30分鐘）先有。要走蔥既冇走，冇走蔥既走左。話係手切生牛肉，其實係街市雪藏肥牛既質素，仲要係超肥果隻。湯唔夠熱，所以生牛肉非常活生生。無咩事都唔會再去。
