ServiceOf course we did order its signature beef wellington which took 45 min to get it on the table, which we were fine with this arrangement as we are quite laid-back. Unfortunately, the waiter refused to take this order because we were allowed to have dinner done in 1.5 hour. Then they can serve the next table. Unfortunately, the waiter refused to take this order because we were allowed to have dinner done in 1.5 hour. Then they can serve the next table. Speechless, no point to visit this restaurant if we didnt want beef wellington.
Honestly, there was an empty table in the resto but it refused to place us there instead it wanted to serve new clients. I understand its motive making as much profit as it could, but it lost a chance to make us become its loyalty customers. super business-oriented
Food
The biggest fear disappointment is that its signature beef wellington turned cold (not even warm) and unappetizing by the time (i believed less than 15 min waiting as we were under pressure to return the table as it expected) we tried to have the second slice. Also, it seems a little weird—it's cooked meat. The beef wellington didnt live up to our expectation.
With the above experiences, any resto related to either beef wellington or Gordon Ramsay has been off my list since then.
