As I am working in central, I visit there quite frequent to buy a famous croissant, For some unknown reasons, quality of croissant turns bad, not that puff i would say...and when i talked to the girl who reheat the croissant for me, i wouldn't expect in Robuchon, the servers all looked sleepy, hair is frizzy, no make up at all.....I feel like I were in hongkong no star restaurant...I miss those professional well-trained servers....it's important for a star restaurant!
