Opened this account just for this review. Came by for a light brunch with kids who eat very little. Food was decent and edible and fair-value at least. Opened this account just for this review. Came by for a light brunch with kids who eat very little. Food was decent and edible and fair-value at least. But the most memorable thing about this establishment was their unforgettable service, hence the review. Truth to be told, service may have been one of the worst I encountered in the Hong Kong food scene especially if one is to understand the language spoken by the servers. One took our order and somehow got our orders wrong (something to do with how the server pressed wrong buttons at their tablet in which they should have been given adequate training for) but I do give them credit for fixing it. Yet from that moment onwards, I felt a lot of stares or glares (whatever they are) at our table. It was clear to the eyes and ears that the servers were gossiping amongst themselves (standing away at least two meters) while their customers eat. What’s worse if you understand what the gossip was about how we paying customers are not rich enough to dine in this establishment. It was the most uncomfortable dining experience overall at this specific branch. Photo shows receipt.
