Bad service, not worth the $$

It used to be my favorite Japanese noodles place but I don't know what happen. The service has became horrible and the food is not the same as before. Before I would pay $80 per bowl because the chef would give you $80 worth of noodles, ingredients and their TLC. I tried it again last week and it was horrible.Can somebody keep up their standard even though they're popular than before????
