To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I came at 2:30pm on a Friday. The shop is open. So I went in for a drink and snack. Drink menu was given, without any reminder or anything. I ordered a simple cocktail, Old Fashion. Then the guy said they don’t serve cocktail at this time (without a smile, like this is usual why don’t you get it that kind of attitude). Fine, so I’ll just have a glass of wine. I was like... what?! Why don’t you guys closed the shop for a few hours then, you will probably benefit from it. Your staff can test (since you don’t want to do anything anyways), and you save some electricity.

Worst ever experience... will not come back again.
