To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為肚餓,經過買咗蛋撻、叉燒包、三重芝士包、咖啡、奶茶各一枝。蛋撻都算OK,不過撻底比較腍,唔夠脆叉燒包好得,可能因為啱啱焗起,個酥皮勁脆,餡唔算太多,不過因為個酥皮好脆,已經贏晒個包好大,本身以為餡會好多,所以咬落去得中間有餡嘅時候,係有少少失望嘅如果冇咁大對比,可能呢一個包會係100分滿分三重芝士包叫做不過不失,一般發揮啦咖啡奶茶都算正常,總共買咗$60 ,又唔算貴最有驚喜就係個叉燒包,經過可以買黎試吓下次會試埋牛角酥,睇落去好吸引不過怕佢唔係傳統牛角酥,因為個飽面一啲都唔似
