今晚有朋友book左位話去食西班牙野,平時都少食,所以好期待。入到去個裝修好有格調,而個環境又好舒服,感覺係食fine dinner既,不過望下個menu,價錢又唔貴喎。我地睇左陣menu都冇咩頭緒嗌咩食,個服務員就好主動咁介紹番d signature野比我地,咁我地就一於照跟😆我地嗌左3個tapas即係西班牙既小食,分別係tuna salad,蛋餅同和牛薯蓉球。先講個salad,味道其實冇咩特別,不過勝在d材料好新鮮,所以食落去真係好fresh。至於個蛋餅,我完全未食過,佢係西班牙係好common既小食黎既,基本既食材係蛋同薯仔,可以加洋蔥,西班牙臘腸同埋其他蔬菜。食落去個口感層次好豐富,好特別,好爽口,正呀😋😋😋😋到個和牛薯蓉球,佢係一個幾得意既小食,出面一層薄脆包住d和牛肉碎,味道唔錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻到主菜,咁又邊會少得西班牙海鮮飯呢,雖然賣相冇話鋪滿晒海鮮係面頭咁,但係食落去,連d飯都好似有用海鮮湯煮過咁,鮮味入晒落d飯到,正呀😋😋😋😋仲有,隻脆皮乳豬,d皮真係脆卜卜架,但係d肉一d都唔硬仲好似煲過湯咁淋😂😂,食落就梗係好嫩滑啦😋😋😋我就覺得唔駛點sauce都已經好夠味,鍾意點野既

之後黎個黑毛豬柳拼盤,呢個拼盤有3種唔同部位既豬肉,分別係Presa, Pluma同埋Secreto,都係屬於黑毛豬肩同上背既部分。我覺得其實3隻既肉質食落差唔多,d肉都係嫩滑既,我就最鍾意presa,覺得係最嫩滑。其實佢地用既醃料唔同所以先有分別姐😆😆不過3隻都係好味既😋😋😋
最後仲有個脆炸churros,即係好似油炸鬼咁,不過西班牙呢種就幼身好多,仲加左肉桂,不過我就唔太鍾意肉桂味,所以就點好多朱古力醬同雪糕黎蓋過佢既味,但係食落去好酥軟,好味呀😋😋😋
總括黎講呢餐食得好滿足😚😚
