I come here every once in the blue. Around the corner, this is the only truly Westernized restaurant. The steaks are always too rare. Say, whenever I order medium-rare, it comes out red-rare, not pink. So, I usually order medium, which comes out pink-rare. This is probably a little minor knock. Overall, the steaks are great and reasonably priced, especially when you compare to Steak Expert and Woolumooloo, Outback sits nicely in the middle of quality-price valuation.
The cleaning-ness of the restaurant is starting to concern me. Maybe it's the wood, that are too old; hence, absorbing too much grease over time? Overall, it's just too many "sticky" tables. I truly think they can do a once-for-all clean job on the entire restarant. Also, the layout isn't very nice, as some are spectacular seating, but some are marginally better than seating by the street. I think the seating layout can be done much better, just be considerate.
