Went there a few times before … really great tasting steak etc .. Today happened to be in the area at noon .. went up there for a tasty steak lunch … Ordered at exactly noon .. but steak finally arrived after 48 minutes .. iron steak medium rare .. empanada tasted great .. must be oven fresh .. great tasting homemade fries .. fairly generous glass of red wine .. BUT steak was barely warm .. easily one of the two worst restaurant steaks in HK ever … Steak 101 says .. burning the freaking steak on

BUT steak was barely warm .. easily one of the two worst restaurant steaks in HK ever … Steak 101 says .. burning the freaking steak on both side for 45 seconds or so .. locking the juice inside .. with a little smelly burnt outside .. medium rare is done .. how difficult can it be?
