The sesame bun is sandwiching a piece of lean veal pattie and cheese. The difference between the burger at Big Fernand and other burger shop would be the taste. They have very different taste in different burger, while the cheese and pattie play important roles delivering flavours in the burger.
Salad looked fresh with pieces of sun-dried tomato, The light vinaigrette also great to compliment with the crunchy mixed green, a great alternative to their crispy fries if you wish to cut some calories.
