maze Grill (Closed)

Second time in maze grill, first time being in London - had their lunch menu and no memory on what I’ve eaten before (I guess it wasn’t memorable enough) luckily, this time trying their signature beef Wellington in HK, it definitely deserves a round of applause 👏 crispy hot layer of crust with truffle mushrooms around the pastry layer with the perfect cooked meat 🥩!!! Also, their duck w/ watermelon 🍉 salad is a must!!!! ;t-bone 🍖 steak was tasty too, but I still prefer the former, heh. Rating: 8
