Due to the Covid situation, I haven't been able to visit the places that I used to love. Recently, I made another visit to one of my favorite Italian place in Hong Kong, Sabatini.The food is still out of this world and if I had the money, I would want to dine here like every other day!Of all the dishes tonight, what stuck in my mind was the Spanish Red Prawn (Shrimp) pasta. Intense flavor, perfectly cook pasta. Only thing I didn't like about the dish was I wish the dish was 2x the size! LOLT

The other dishes were really nice as well but this pasta... I will remember it for a very long time!
