The hand-chopped steak tartare is packed of beef flavour, using New Zealand beef tenderloin with red onion, garlic, pickles and spices to tie it all together. It also came with a raw egg yolk on top to give an extra depth and smooth texture to it! To be enjoyed alongside with the grilled sourdough and the garden salad on side, it was indeed a delightful starter!

Mussel lovers, this pot of mussels served with fries and homemade mayonnaise is for you! The premium mussels were huge and full of natural flavour. The mussel jus was absolutely stunning with diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, light cream and fresh chives, we even soaked up all the sauce with the baguettes!

The risotto with white wine sauce, diced tomatoes, rocket, smoked salmon and lime zest was beautifully flavoured., the rice was cooked to al dente yet firm in the centre. The tiger prawn was definitely the star of the dish, the flesh of the prawn was bouncy and sweet, this risotto is just simply delicious!

This pork Schnitzel used Austrian Grade Pork Loin, breaded and pan fried to nice golden brown, accompanied with Frites and apple slaw. I really like the apple slaw with cabbage, the refreshing tanginess and light flavours gave a perfect balance that pairs well with the schnitzel.
